Frequently asked questions

We want your Spa treatments to be worry free and stress free. Contact us if you have any questions or special requirements.

We are not a resort. We are a large Day Spa with a limited number of suites for our spa guests wishing to do overnight stays. While all of our suites are built and modeled as luxury cabins in the mountains, they come complete with everything but the view. The suites are all spacious and include all of the comforts of home. The Suites are an extension of the Spa, built in the same Mountain retreat style. Our Suites are reserved for our spa guest only.

While we do offer the Steam and Sauna at the spa (during your stay in our suites, you are welcome to visit the spa steam and sauna at no charge during spa hours), Serenity does not have a pool. There are Jacuzzi bathtubs in each suite but there is not a large group hot tub.

Serenity in the Mountains does not have an on-site restaurant. We do offer charcuterie boards and chocolate covered strawberry trays for your visit, check out our delectable add on page. We do not have an on-site catering company, and we do not refer customers to a particular catering company. Please contact the Fannin County Chamber of Commerce for a list of caterers in the area.

Yes, we love pampering loved ones and our gift cards do not expire! Our gift cards and on-line gift certificates are very popular.
